Otherwise, data transfers will only occur if the data protection level is ensured by other means, particularly through standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 para. 2(c) GDPR), explicit consent, or in cases of contractual or legally required transmissions (Art. 49 para. 1 GDPR). Furthermore, we inform you about the legal basis of third-country transmissions for each individual provider from a third country, with adequacy decisions being given priority.
