Four ate five<\/strong> The best French toast, topped with berry compote and mascarpone. It also comes with extra maple syrup. I've eaten there three times now and have always ordered this amazing French toast. The first time I had it, it came with rhubarb compote. I highly recommend it! The staff were always friendly. The caf\u00e9 is a bit like a long corridor, with the kitchen visible at the end. You can also sit outside. It's about a kilometre from Central station, which takes around 13 minutes to walk. You can also take the L2 to Surry Hills Station, and then it\u2019s only a three-minute walk to the caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Four ate five: 485 Crown Street, Surry Hills, Sydney<\/p>\n\n\n\n Toast Caf\u00e9: <\/strong>The best orange and poppy seed muffin. Fluffy, fruity and flavoured with poppy seeds. Returning to Sydney after two years, I wanted to go back to that caf\u00e9 just for that muffin. And I was lucky: They still had one left when I arrived on a rainy day. It was as delicious as before. I also had an avocado toast with a poached egg and a seed cracker (they must have a thing for seeds at that place), which was also tasty. But that muffin was my favourite! A good lunch before a three-minute walk to Elisabeth Bay, one of my favourite bays in Sydney. The caf\u00e9 is located on a street corner and frequented by many local people. There are fresh flowers on every table. Lots of choices for different sandwiches, bagels and bowls. The staff are very friendly. A ten-minute walk from King's Cross Station. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Elisabeth Bay Caf\u00e9: 45 Elisabeth Bay Road, Sydney<\/p>\n\n\n\n You are longing for fresh food and seafood? Then you should not miss the Sydney Fish Market<\/strong>. No fish lover's wish will go unfulfilled here! Sushi, fresh fish in all its forms, seafood, and the best thing besides the incredible taste: it's affordable! I tried scallops in lemon butter, finely sliced tuna and white fish; it was so fresh, and the tuna practically melted on my tongue. Make sure you allow plenty of time, as it's hard to decide what to try first!
