Ich bei\u00dfe in ein bl\u00e4ttriges, mit viel Butter gebackenes Kissen und merke, wie die Schokolade auf meiner Zunge schmilzt. Das Kissen besteht aus mindestens acht Ebenen aus Bl\u00e4tterteig und ist das beste pain au chocolat, das ich bisher gegessen habe. Eigentlich waren wir auf der Suche nach einer B\u00e4ckerei, die Eclairs verkauft, aber ich dachte, ich k\u00f6nnte ja auch mal etwas anderes probieren. Die knusprig gebr\u00e4unten Schokocroissants lagen in einem kleinen Korb auf der P\u00e2tisserie-Theke. Daneben ein Glasgef\u00e4\u00df mit kleinen, luftig aussehenden Windbeutel mit Hagelzucker – chouquettes. Die freundliche Verk\u00e4uferin hat mir statt einem gleich zwei davon eingepackt, einer sei zu wenig. Die beiden chouquettes waren schnell gegessen; luftig leckere B\u00e4llchen, die wie Windbeutel schmecken. Feines Geb\u00e4ck nennt man in Frankreich \u00fcbrigens viennoiserie. Das pain au chocolat und die kleinen chouquettes geh\u00f6ren auf jeden Fall dazu.\u00a0<\/p>

In der Glastheke warten verschiedene kleine Tartes und Kuchen auf die n\u00e4chsten P\u00e2tisserie-Besucher. Feigentarte, Vanillet\u00f6rtchen und Schokok\u00e4sekuchen sind nur ein paar Beispiele aus dem Angebot.\u00a0<\/p>

Die P\u00e2tisserie liegt in einer kleinen Seitengasse von Mulhouse und hat jeden Tag, au\u00dfer sonntags und montags, ge\u00f6ffnet.<\/p>
