Socker Sucker: Apple and rhubarb croissant with cream cheese - round! 🙂 Yes, that's right, a very fine croissant in the shape of a circle with a very fluffy filling. It's available from a very special bakery.

The best croissant? I have found it in Mulhouse.
I bite into a flaky, buttery pillow and feel the chocolate melt on my tongue. The pillow is made of at least eight layers of puff pastry and is the best pain au chocolat I've ever had.
