Sugar-sweet temptation
Socker Sucker: Apple and rhubarb croissant with cream cheese - in a round shape! Yes, that's right, a very fine croissant in the shape of a circle with a very fluffy filling. So beautiful to look at that you almost don't dare to take a bite. The other pastries are also little beauties. They are all displayed on a long glass counter - like little works of art. The shop assistant calmly explains to us the perfect pastries on display. Steffi, with whom I have been exploring Stockholm, opts for a cinnamon bun with cardamom. She is delighted with her choice and my round, filled croissant is also very tasty. We were drawn to the bakery by its clear and bright design. A bright yellow wall with a gold-coloured, round Socker Sucker logo lights up the room. The second glance falls on the long glass counter with the cupcakes on display. It took us a while to make up our minds. In addition to the pastries and tartlets, there is also bread and rolls.
We were actually looking for a bakery, but on the way there we couldn't resist the temptation and let ourselves be drawn into the shop. Loosely translated, socker sucker means confectioner.
Go in, be tempted, savour - a culinary bakery excursion that is well worth it!

PS: If you want to see another unusual design, you should visit the toilet on the premises 😉
